Atty. Pascual obtained his Bachelor of Science degree major in Legal Management in 2008 from San Beda University and his Juris Doctor degree in 2014 from San Sebastian College-Recoletos. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015.
Atty. Pascual is also a faculty member at Emilio Aguinaldo College–Cavite Institute of the Law and Justice, Philippine Law School, North Eastern Mindanao State University–College of Law and Pampanga State University School of Law teaching Taxation Law, Commercial Law, and Remedial Law subjects. He is likewise a national bar reviewer at Academicus Review Center, Inc. He was earlier part of a leading tax and auditing firm.
Beyond the legal and academic spheres, Atty. Pascual is also the Vice Chairman and Trustee of the Tribeca Chelsea 1 Condominium Corporation and a Director at Summit Rural Bank of Lipa City, Inc., where he contributes his legal and strategic insight to corporate governance and institutional development.
